Keynote speakers, symposium speakers and oral presenters should pay attention to the following important issues:
They are kindly required to hand in PPTs upon they check-in at Presentation Material Hand-in Counter in the Guangzhou Baiyun International Convention Center (GZBICC) or Baiyun Hotel.
If they can’t provide PPTs when their check in, they must submit their PPTs to the pre-view room (Zhuhai Room, Third floor at Block 4) before 8:00pm one day ahead of their presentation.
Speakers can’t load their PPTs into the computers on site, and they must submit the PPTs either to the Hand-in Counter or the pre-view room.
