For those who haven’t registered.

Considering the vast number of inquiries asking for an extension of the early registration, the early registration (online) has now been extended to June 30. However, the reduced rates of the early bird registration fees only apply on the condition that the payment of the registration fee must be completed before June 30, otherwise, late registration fees will apply.

For those who have already registered but haven’t made the payment.

Considering the payment difficulty incurred by some participants in certain countries, we accept payments upon arrival. However, the reduced rates of the early bird registration fees only apply on the condition that the payment of the registration fee must be completed before June 30, otherwise, late registration fees will apply. 

For now, we only accept bank transfer payments  (please refer to details below), because of the unavailability of other payment means.
