Themed Sport Sciences and Harmonious Society in the 21st Century, this convention is committed to encourage more scholars and professionals to the Convention, especially those from developing countries, outstanding young investigators, scholars specialized in children and women physical activity researches, and scholars specialized in sport and movement of people with a disability. To achieve this goal, the convention will implement a number of strategies including:
1. Types of scholarship
l Full Scholarship: All expenses including direct air tickets in economy class, accommodation and complimentary registration are offered by the organising committee to at least 5 applicants.
l Accommodation Scholarship: The expenses for at most 4-day accommodation during
the convention are offered by the organising committee to at least 10 applicants.
l Complimentary registration Scholarship: The complimentary registration is offered by
the organising committee to at least 50 applicants.
2. Scholarship criteria
l Participants from non-high-income countries and regions after approval of the ICC and the organising committee.
l Outstanding young scholars or students after approval of the ICC and the organising committee.
l Participants specialized in children and women physical activity researches.
l Participants specialized in sport and movement of people with a disability.
l Professionals and scholars recommended by the ICC and the organising committee.
3. Scholarship Application

l Qualified applicants submit an application form to the organising committee after receiving the abstract acceptance before March 31, 2008 through fax +86 20 83845325 or email icsemisoc@icsemis2008.org.
l Application will be examined and approved by the ICC and the organising committee.
l The approved applicants will receive a scholarship invitation by the organising committee before June 15, 2008.
