  The Organizing Committee designated official hotels with favorable prices. The official hotels provide good convenience for academic and social activities, and embrace beautiful sceneries and views. In addition, the organize committee will provide free traffic from the official hotels to conference venues. The traffic information will be published at hotel lobbies.

Hotel Introduction

The Oriental International Convention Hotel is located inside the Guangzhou Baiyun International Convention Center (GZBICC). It is the 5-star supporting hotel of GZBICC with advanced facilities and world-class hotel service.

The Hotel has over 1,000 guest rooms, with 973 deluxe and superior rooms, 22 deluxe suites and 2 presidential suites. It caters for various tastes with a broad range restaurant venues including Chinese, Cantonese, Japanese and Western dining facilities as well as banqueting areas. The hotel complex also includes a recreational centre, hairdressing & beauty centre, sauna and massage centre and, ballroom.

ACCOMMODATION:Bookings & Deposits
To secure your accommodation, a minimum deposit of one night's accommodation, paid by Bank Transfer, must accompany this Registration Form. The balance including any incidentals must be paid direct to the Hotel upon check out. Prices include taxes and breakfast. For any changes/cancellations a written notification is required. 50% cancellation fees will be charged between May 1 and June 15, 2008. No refund will be provided after June 15, 2008.
